Delivery, Refunds and Returns
Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail 2nd class, and we will dispatch orders by the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Alternative delivery methods can be selected at checkout.
We also offer a Special Delivery service for UK mainland orders. If your order is placed before 13:00 (Monday to Friday) and you choose this option, we will dispatch your order by Royal Mail “Next Day” delivery service for arrival before 13:00 the next day.
Orders to the Channel Islands (JE and GY postcodes) are via Royal Mail 2nd class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Delivery charges to international destinations vary. Please use the calculator at checkout.
NOTE: If you are a customer outside of the UK, please note that duties and / or taxes may be applicable. These will be your responsibility and No Mozzie takes no responsibility for any extra customs fees, tariffs, charges, taxes, seizures and / or duties.
Returns and Refunds
This information applies only to purchases made from the https://nomozzie.com website. If you have bought No Mozzie from another shop please contact them for their returns policy. Any returns under our policy must be accompanied by an order number.
For all returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery BEFORE returning it, so that we can provide returns info for you. All returns must be unopened and unused and in original packaging. Please include your No Mozzie order number in all communication.
